    DIO from “Jojo’s Bizzare adventure”.
    DIO is Jotaro‘s foe in the manga.
    The World is called a “Stand” in the manga and it’s another part of of DIO.
    Sprites From JUS
    Some are original customed sprites.
    Solo Expansion

    Playstyle:

    DIO is a vampire, and has the ability to control a “Stand” which is like a guardian of DIO. His attacks are strong, and has high jumps. DIO doesn’t have much attacks that covers his back, so he is weak of attacks from behind. When taken heavy damage, attacking opponents with down special will heal him 4%~12%. Using this periodicaly will balance his damage. For the FS, since DIO can use a side special that gives great damage to particular players, DIO has more possibility of defeating all opponents using the FS than Jotaro. Healing on a regular basis and giving accurate damage will be the key to victory.

    Side Special: Checkmate
    Throws 4 knifves in each throw. If the special button is precced again before DIO throws his knives, he throws another bunch of knives after he throws the first bunch, 8 knives in total.

    Up Special: Road Roller
    DIO jumps up and disappears in air. Then, he will reappear with a road roller in mid air, and drags in every player that hits the road roller. After landing, he gives damage by punching, and finally explodes the road roller. Each punch gives 2% damage. DIO is able to move slightly while falling with the road roller (Like Dedede)

    Down Special: Energy Drain
    Grabs the opponent and gives damage. When this attack succeeds, DIO heals 4% per suck.

    DIO splashes blood over an opponent and if it hits, the opponent will get stunned for a moment.

    Throws the opponent back and a knife following.
    Down throw- Plugged in Disappear
    DIO plugs in a “Nikunome” in the opponent’s forehead. While the Nikunome is in the opponent, the opponent won’t be able to give damage to DIO. The Nikunome will be in the opponent’s forehead for 5 sec.

    Final Smash: The World
    The World appears and stops the time for 10 seconds. While the time is stopped, nothing but the player is able to move. BG music, opponents, Items, Assist trophies, Pokemons, gimmics in stages, and backgrounds stays in place where they were before the time stopped.
    DIO is able to attack opponents, but the opponents will not be flown away by the attack until the FS ends.
    After the FS ends, everything will start to move and the attacked opponents will get knocked back.

    While using the FS, DIO’s ground side special changes, and he will be able to throw knives that surrounds the nearest opponent.
    The knives will attack the opponent after the FS ends.
    Only throwing one circle of knives are available for each opponent. When all opponents are surrounded by the knies, he will only be able to throw normal knives.
    Knives thrown by DIO will stay place where DIO had thrown while the FS

    The Road Roller from the up special would not explode until the FS ends. (DIO just jumps off after hitting the Road Roller.)

    Unlike Jotaro, DIO’s neutral special gives the same damage as regularly.
